GlobeMaster: Offline Travel Guide & Utilities App Reviews

It is amazing how much information you get, for such a low price. The content is very good organized, so that you can find whatever you are searching for right away. Furthermore it is incredible that you are able to get details, such as which areas you should avoid in a city or where to find a cheap hotel and what to keep in mind to respect other cultures. But the greatest thig about this app is, that it all comes offline and with a neat design. There is still one little bug: If you go to "more" and then to "favorite" there is no button to go back. My conclusion is that this app is a great deal for all travelers, who are able to understand English ;)

This app is an incredible resource for travelers. It contains within one application what is usually divided into hundreds of 1-3$ apps !

I travel a lot for work. When on the plane one has to keep the phone on airplane mode. But you still wanna read about cool places around the world. Because this is wikitravel you will often have corners of the world you have never seen or heard of. Such as Niue or Kingman Reef. All the info is very well organized. Two things I ask for: more updates of wikitravel and... More updates of wikitravel! Some sections are not complete and I bet many places have a better description since the current build was taken.

This is simply the best travel guide application designed for iPhone users. This application has a lot of features and tips to help you and your family get around safely in countries and cities around the globe.

Wow guys Ive been looking for app like this since time I got my first iPhone! All the good stuff in one app, culture, places, biggest sites, converters... I really enjoyed Get In and Around really how easy it is here! I even feel like Ive made a trip some of the countries. Well, now I know how to plan my next tour!

Again, great app, found lots of new pix in this version. It would really be great if youd allow zooming in for pictures in the next update.

Incredible quantity of cool travel info with practical advice (it would be nice if you added more information about regions and famous destinations). Tips calculator, unit and currency converters work fine. Thanks for favorites. This allows navigating between converter units quickly. In general, my recommendation is Buy, it really is a great app!

Nice, but I want to see more: need to add more tools and travel data, like info about country regions and famous destinations. Need to improve map functionality by adding POI, this would really be a cool thing to have at hand. But I must agree with most reviews - its great travel app with OFFLINE info for EACH country and fine travel utilities. I hope to see updates or new versions. Great start! I think you have potential for growth!!!

Good app for good price.

I travel lots and thus, spend money on guide books. This app covers so much for so many countries. I love it. Im not a great reveiwer because Im not going to elaborate but this is a wonderful app. Extremely useful. Puts all other guidebook apps to shame.

Its difficult to overview all country photos. Need to add gallery and zooming function.

Its definitely worth if you travel a lot in foreign countries. I have found some mistakes in the text formatting, but otherwise its very useful app for regular travelers with excellent UI.

Its not an ideal app, but for this price its a great buy. I even use it to imagine what my travels could be like. Its a lot of fun! ;)

Like many other have said… It would be really nice to add more information about destinations and regions. GlobeMaster has tones useful information, but need more. I hope to see it in next version. Other than that, it works great!

A couple of features would get my score to 5 stars: 1) Make possibility to copy text and send via email 2) Customize font size 3) I am agree with others reviewers: more information about regions and destinations, add gallery. 4) More features for Map (ability to use GPS to locate current location) 5) And need to fix text formatting bugs. I am sure it will be amazing, thanks for great product!

I have hundreds of apps & this is one of only three times I have felt compelled to leave 5 stars!!!!

Being from one, this is the only material so far to provide accurate and current info about poor African countries! A must have app!!!!
